Booking Terms

  1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed once the reservation is made. A contract is established between you (the “Guest”) and BlueWhite Rooms (the “Owner”) when you confirm your booking. Please ensure you have read and understood these terms before finalizing your booking.

  1. Payment Terms

At the time of booking, you are required to confirm your reservation with your details. BlueWhite Rooms operates on a Book Now, Pay Later policy, meaning that:

  • Payment Arrangement: Payments are arranged directly with us via phone or email.
  • Full Payment Due Date: Full payment is generally due before your arrival, and must be made no later than 7 days before your check-in date. Failure to complete the payment by the agreed date may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Note: If you are booking close to your arrival date, we will arrange for the full payment to be completed promptly.

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times
  • Check-in: From 14:00 PM onwards on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  1. Maximum Occupancy

The total number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking. Any increase in the number of guests must be approved in advance. If additional guests arrive without prior notice or approval, we reserve the right to terminate the booking immediately without refund.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: Full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Prior to Arrival: The deposit will be forfeited. We do not provide refunds for the balance of the booking payment.

In the event of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will provide the option to reschedule your booking or offer alternative accommodations, depending on availability.

  1. Property Use

Rooms at BlueWhite Rooms are for residential accommodation only. The premises may not be used for events, parties, or functions that cause a disturbance to the neighborhood without prior written consent. Unauthorized events or gatherings may result in immediate termination of the booking, and no refund will be issued.

  1. Smoking Policy

BlueWhite Rooms has a strict no smoking policy indoors. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only, and guests must use the provided ashtrays. Smoking inside will incur a cleaning fee and may result in cancellation of the booking.

  1. Pets Policy

No pets are allowed at BlueWhite Rooms. If a pet is found on the property, the rental agreement may be terminated immediately, and you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

  1. Property Maintenance and Entry

The Owner reserves the right to enter the property for inspection, maintenance, or emergencies. You will be notified in advance if staff (e.g., cleaners, maintenance personnel) need to enter the property.

  1. Damage and Liability

You are responsible for the condition of the room and its contents during your stay. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by them or their visitors. In the event of significant damage, additional charges may apply.

  1. Guest Behavior

Guests must respect the property and the surrounding neighborhood. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 23:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Disruptive or unruly behavior may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement, and no refund will be issued.

  1. Health and Safety

The Owner is not liable for any accidents, illness, or injury that occurs during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any medical or emergency expenses. If you or anyone in your group has a pre-existing medical condition, please inform us in advance.

  1. Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical costs, and loss or damage to property. BlueWhite Rooms is not responsible for any personal injury, accidents, or property loss during your stay.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with Greek law and jurisdiction.
